Booking & Studio Policies
Booking and cancellation policy
Appointments are confirmed when we receive payment for the scheduled service or a deposit for longer photography sessions and packages. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms if it’s your first visit.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a fee may apply. Photography sessions may require stricter cancellation timelines.
One Service Per Day: To maintain professional standards, we do not perform photography and makeup services on the same calendar day. Please plan your skincare and makeup prep accordingly in the days leading up to your shoot.
Venue Travel: Professional photography and makeup services are available for travel to your chosen event venue (St. Augustine → Daytona).

We accept major credit cards and cash. Photography packages may require partial payment at booking.
Cosmetic aesthetic services areTypically elective and not covered by medical insurance. We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide receipts for reimbursement where applicable.
